Sale of new and used shipping containers

We are a verified dealer, we have been on the market since 2020 and we have hundreds of satisfied customers behind us. We pride ourselves on a fair pro-customer approach. We carefully review each order and tailor our offer to your needs.

With COOLTAINERS you also know exactly what you are buying! We attach photos of the specific container to each offer. If even these are not enough, you can see the container in person at our depot near Prague.

For used and modified containers, we will send you an individual quotation depending on the condition of the container and your requirements.

Send your order through the e-shop. We will send you a specific rental offer, including real photos of your container, and we will arrange transport together. The terms and conditions are governed by our GTC, no paperwork is required, just tick your consent on the form or your consent by email. We ship the container after payment of the advance invoice. If you have your own transportation, we will contact you regarding the location and time for pick up.

We can solve everything conveniently online. If you still want to see the container in person, then of course we will be happy to arrange a meeting directly at our depot near Prague.

Currently, payment is only possible via advance invoice. This will be sent to you by email after all details, such as shipping, have been agreed in advance.

All containers are either new one way or used. For used containers, we also specify the categories "preserved" (visibly used, but preserved and functional without defects) and "damaged" (more significant damage, we always point out specific defects). The condition is of course taken into account by the price of the specific container. For each order we send photos of the container so that you can see its real condition. If you are interested, you can also arrange an inspection at our depot near Prague.

Everything is on individual agreement, you can have your own transport or we can arrange it for you. If you leave it up to us, we calculate the shipping for each offer separately. For the exact shipping price we will need the address for the container. For large 40' containers a crane is needed for folding, for smaller containers a vehicle with a hand truck is sufficient. This also determines the handling space needed on site, but don't worry, we will discuss everything with you.

Surface preparation is crucial for the proper functioning and longevity of the container. To properly place the container, you need a level, paved surface and concrete footings, the number of which will vary depending on the size of the container. You should also allow for the concrete foundations to mature in preparation, so prepare them at least 14 days before the container is placed.

If the container is placed on an uneven or otherwise unsuitable surface, the container is easily deformed. Most often, the structure is crossed, resulting in a non-opening and leaking door. The level tolerance of the base must be within ± 5mm, then level to ± 1mm with shims before the container is actually seated.

There are ventilation holes in the corners of each container. If there are no damp/wet goods inside, you will not have a problem with condensation.

Shipping containers can last more than 20 years. If you are considering your own storage space that is also mobile, then a container is an excellent investment.
